The Job

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with five to seven years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and real estate development documentation.
  • Proficiency in title and survey review and lender-side finance representation.
  • Exposure to joint ventures, finance, leasing, planned communities, condominiums, manufacturing, and multifamily projects is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with economic incentives is a plus.
  • Lead and manage drafting, negotiation, and due diligence for a wide range of real estate transactions.
  • Work on matters involving industrial, technology, and sports facilities.
  • Take on increasing responsibility in client-facing and supervisory capacities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Real Estate should have:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and presenting legal documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
