They deliver high-quality cost consultancy services on projects ranging from £1m to £25m across commercial, industrial, residential, education, retail, and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing cost, commercial and contractual responsibilities across diverse and high-quality projects. The Opportunity

Projects typically range from £1m to £25m, providing exposure to a broad portfolio across commercial offices, industrial developments, residential schemes, education projects, retail, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of cost management and Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects and sectors.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Play an active role in business development and work-winning activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards of technical delivery, reporting, and client service.
  • Oversee pre- and post-contract activities, including cost planning, tendering, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Contribute to operational planning, resource management, and business performance monitoring.
About You
  • Ideally MRICS qualified, with significant post-chartership experience.
  • Strong background delivering Quantity Surveying services within a consultancy environment.
  • Experienced in managing and developing project teams.
  • Demonstrable track record of client relationship management and work-winning.
