Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in the City of London is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project management services throughout the pre and post contract process. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Project Management or a similar discipline and is working toward Chartered status. Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is preferred. This role requires a team player with a warm personality who can integrate well with the team, manage workloads, and deliver on deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management services through pre and post contract process
• Support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
• Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
• Provide assistance on general project management tasks such as meeting minutes, dashboard reporting, risk management etc.
• Prepare and assist with the preparation and issuing of tender documents, evaluations, contract documentation and reports
• Prepare and assist with the production of cost reports and cost forecasting
• Advising and liaising with internal project and cost control team

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Project Manager or similar technical discipline
• Working towards Chartered status
• Ideally experience of working in the Hospitality industry
• A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
• Likeable and warm personality which will fit in and become an integral part of the team
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
