Associate Product Marketing Manager

We\'re partnering with a fast-growing technology business to help them find an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who\'s passionate about go-to-market execution, messaging, and sales enablement, and who wants to work closely with cross-functional teams in a high-performing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of go-to-market plans that align product releases with cross-functional execution.
  • Contribute to product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing content that reflects market insights and buyer needs.
  • Develop compelling product collateral, including pitch decks, solution briefs, FAQs, and sales tools.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Apply a data-led approach to marketing decisions, leveraging customer insights and performance metrics.
  • Support enablement initiatives to ensure sales and customer-facing teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge.
  • Partner on voice-of-the-customer initiatives to feed insights back into messaging and roadmap priorities.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex products into compelling messaging.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning that clearly communicates customer value and market differentiation.
  • A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to guide decision-making.
Bonus points for
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce, Seismic, Confluence, Amplitude, or Document360.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance, HubSpot) are a plus.
