Data Analytics & Problem Solving: You will use self‑sourced data to analyse specific process performance contributing to root cause analysis and solution proposals. You will measure results against existing KPIs and report findings to senior management.
Automation Execution: You will be responsible for building, testing and maintaining automations within existing platforms (Jira, Hubspot, Pipedream). You will focus on developing and launching smaller defined automations that address immediate pain points.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Project Support: You will collaborate actively with teams such as Underwriting, Product & Engineering and Sales globally to gather requirements and execute tasks that improve overall efficiency. You will support the coordination and communication required to align project activities.
Driving Operational Excellence: You will execute process improvement tasks by assisting senior team members in identifying and prioritising inefficiencies and opportunities in how teams work. Your goal is to support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions.
You have 1‑3 years of relevant work experience ideally at a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
Previous experience with workflow automations (e.g. Jira / Hubspot / Pipedream) is essential.
You’re a self‑starter who proactively seeks to understand underlying problems and takes initiative to investigate and recommend solutions.
You have a hands‑on analytical approach to problem‑solving.
You have proven experience in gathering requirements, interpreting data and presenting findings clearly.
Hands‑on experience with SQL is required.
Previous experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to assist in the delivery of custom solutions and automations.
Knowledge of Python or another scripting language is a big plus!

Home to around 30 employees our brand‑new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
Our close‑knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model fostering strong collaboration.
We’ve opened our doors in the heart of Uptown Charlotte with a brand new space designed to foster in‑person collaboration while supporting hybrid flexibility.
The majority of our Tech org works remotely across the UK and Europe coming together throughout the year for off‑sites, company kick‑offs and technical kick‑offs. We also have a growing number of remote team members across the US.
