A leading fast-food chain in the UK is seeking an experienced Associate Marketing Manager for Digital Engagement Strategy. The role focuses on executing the digital marketing plan to increase digital sales, particularly through delivery channels. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Digital or Marketing and at least 5 years of delivery marketing experience with a consumer brand. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance and drive customer acquisition.
The Associate Marketing Manager of Digital Engagement Strategy is primarily responsible for increasing digital sales and executing the digital marketing plan through the creation and execution of Wendy’s content and messaging across digital channels, with a particular focus on Delivery. This role supports the development of strategic initiatives and helps coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of plans as directed.
Specific areas of focus include but are not limited to: execute our marketing strategy, negotiations and execution across third-party aggregator (DSP) platforms, including Uber Eats, DoorDash/Deliveroo, and JustEats. This individual will identify and create connections across digital channels (such as wendys.com, kiosk, app) to drive Wendy’s holistic campaign approach. They will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, optimizing promotional performance, enhancing brand presence on aggregator platforms, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to grow sales through the delivery channel profitably.
