Wright Engineering are seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team and support the delivery of mechanical engineering scopes across live projects and bid activities.

Based at our headquarters in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire, we are specialists in the design, supply and installation of turnkey bulk materials processing and handling solutions, as well as providers of mechanical engineering services to industry. We work around the world on complex design and engineering projects to meet client needs from a broad range of industries and sectors.
The role will work closely with Project Managers, Bid Managers, and senior engineers, providing technical engineering support throughout the project lifecycle – from early FEED and tender development through to detailed design support and supplier coordination.
This is an office‑based, white‑collar engineering role, well suited to an early‑to‑intermediate career engineer looking to develop strong technical foundations in bulk material handling and heavy industrial engineering, with a clear progression pathway as experience grows.
This role is intended as an entry‑to‑intermediate level position with a clear development pathway. As experience and capability grow, the role will progress to a Mechanical Engineer position.
