A leading engineering consultancy in Cambridge is seeking an Associate Director Structural Engineer to lead their growing office and team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered engineer with substantial experience in building design and strong project delivery responsibilities. This role offers competitive salary, extensive benefits including 25 days holiday, and flexible working options. Immediate priority will be given to candidates within commuting distance to Cambridge.

Would you like to work for a well established consultancy who provide multi-disciplinary services in areas including Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Transport and Highway Engineering? They have offices in several locations with around 100 staff in the business.
Their newest office is Cambridge and they are looking for a senior structural engineering candidate to work at Associate Director level, who could be based here and help take the lead on developing and growing this currently small office.
• Chartered (ICE or IStructE) structural engineer with significant experience in buildings design.
• Pro‑active, self‑starting individual with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop client relationships and win new business to help grow the current team.
• Ability to handle hands‑on design and project delivery responsibilities.
Candidates who already live within sensible commuting distance will be given priority.
