Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director – Specialist Finance - Global Banks, Specialist Finance & Intermediaries, Institutional Coverage, based in London. This full-time, hybrid role involves working 60% in our office hubs, focusing on serving institutional clients across the UK and North America.

The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of existing Specialist Lender clients, deepen relationships, and build new prospects within a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment aligned with Lloyds’ growth strategy. The role involves collaboration across product areas like Securitisation, Lending, Invoice Finance, Swaps, Payments & ESG, requiring a proactive, self-starting approach and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow client relationships, originating new business opportunities.
  • Understand and navigate regulatory frameworks (FCA, EU, international laws).
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize impact and opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in Lloyds' product suite relevant to clients, including Financial & Capital Markets and Structured Lending.
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering talent and performance.
