A leading healthcare organization in London is looking for an experienced Associate Director of People Education & Training. This role focuses on strategic leadership in workforce development and education across the Trust. The ideal candidate will have significant senior experience in healthcare education and a track record of delivering improvements. The position offers a salary of £99,808 to £113,803 a year, pro rata, in a full-time, fixed term role.

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director of People Education & Training to lead our Trust-wide education and development agenda. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and works in partnership with the Chief Nurse and Chief Medical Officer, ensuring Homerton remains an employer and training provider of choice in NEL. The vacancy has arisen due to a substantive post.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of workforce development at Homerton, supporting delivery of the People Plan and our Future Together Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are supported, developed, and empowered to deliver excellent care.
