Qualifications

• Full membership of RICS or CIOB, or 10+ years' experience in a specialist subject area.
• Experience using CostX or similar estimating software, ideally with Revit models.
• Experience working on major projects valued at £50m+.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of Cost Managers.
• Acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator across various projects.
• Supporting business development and business planning activities.
