ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - CIVIL ENGINEERING (INFRASTRUCTURE)

Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 plus benefits

Are you an experienced Principal Civil Engineer or Associate Director ready to step into a role where your leadership, technical judgement and client influence genuinely shape the business? This is an opportunity to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy where senior leaders are trusted, visible and integral to long-term growth.

Based from the London office, you will play a senior leadership role within a strongly performing infrastructure team, delivering development-led civil engineering projects across the UK. While London provides the regional base, the work spans residential, commercial, industrial, high-rise and major residential developments of 500+ units nationwide. You will not be limited to one sector and will have real influence over technical standards, people development and client relationships.

The role

As an Associate Director, you will lead infrastructure delivery while contributing to the strategic growth of the civil engineering team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading highways and drainage design for major development projects
