A dynamic building consultancy in Greater London seeks an Associate Director Building Surveyor to lead dilapidations and technical due diligence work. This role entails overseeing significant project work, ensuring quality outcomes for top-tier clients across various sectors. Candidates must be MRICS qualified with at least 5 years' PQE and a strong focus on dilapidations. We are currently working with an exceptional medium sized project and building consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to surveying and have an exceptional tier one client base including leading industrial and commercial developers and landed estates. Due to expansion they are looking for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to lead the Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) work in their London office.
£75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus 15% - 20%

The Associate Director level Building Surveyor will take over a large remit of dilapidation and TDD work in the London office from an existing director who is moving across to one of their other offices. In addition to the core work there will also be the opportunity to oversee development monitoring and project work of office CAT A/B fit-out and industrial schemes between £100,000 and c.£5 million.
Their sector focus is all private within the industrial / warehouse, retail, student accommodation and office with key clients across London and the Thames Valley.
