Associate Conference Producer – Hybrid – London – £35,000 + bonus

One of the world’s largest events organisers are seeking an Associate Conference Producer to join their market‑leading events team – conducting in-depth market research, writing copy, recruiting speakers and scaling up their customer community.

Responsibilities
  • Help to expand the network of leaders in the Customer Management space.
  • Assist with the further expansion of the most prestigious events, building and delivering a profitable event.
  • Conduct phone and web‑based research to identify market pressure.
  • Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, join panels and participate in interactive round‑tables – virtually and face‑to‑face.
  • Build a gripping narrative around all events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally.
  • Budget management for events.
Qualifications / Desired Skills
  • Up to 12 months proven conference production experience.
  • Value teamwork and thrive on building positive relationships across functions.

Package / Compensation
  • Up to £35,000 depending on experience + commission up to £10,000.
