The Role

The role is to support Client Directors and Distribution in servicing institutional clients across a range of strategies and geographies. This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities for this role
  • Manage and deal effectively with the flow of incoming client and consultant queries and requests for information.
  • Help to prepare/review client reports and responses to ad‑hoc requests from clients and consultants.
  • Assist with client on‑boarding (mandates).
  • Assist in implementation of any regulatory/industry change initiatives impacting our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Review RFPs/other documentation to ensure accuracy and suitability for our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customer outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Investment management experience and interest in investment a plus.
  • Client management experience.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.
  • Team player with the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive with keen desire to develop as a client service professional.
  • Degree and have completed the IMC or planning to take it.
