Associate Building Surveyor Job in the South of England (Remote)

A respected national building consultancy delivering surveying and project management services across commercial sectors. Operating with regionally based surveyors, the firm is known for its commercial approach, excellent client service and strong reputation in dilapidations and project delivery. You’ll join a supportive structure with genuine progression, remote working and the platform to build a client base in your area.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Focusing on dilapidations instructions across the South of England and London

  • Undertaking a range of building surveys including acquisitions and planned maintenance

  • Managing small and medium-sized projects, ensuring quality, timescales and budgets are met

  • Delivering projects in accordance with statutory requirements including Building, CDM and Planning regulations

  • Carrying out building pathology assessments and recommending remedial works

  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation, including NBS

  • Undertaking contract administration using the JCT suite

  • Supporting the growth of the regional team and developing local client relationships.


Required Skills & Experience


  • MRICS qualified with strong commercial building surveying experience

  • Proven track record in dilapidations and project-related work

  • Confident delivering technical reports and professional advice

  • Capable of managing multiple instructions independently

  • Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South and nationally when required.
