Overview

Role – Associate Architect
Location – London
Salary – £50 - £55K

Our client, a RIBA-chartered architecture and design studio is looking for an Associate Architect to join its London team. They are a well-established practice that works across architecture, urban design, and interiors, delivering projects at all RIBA stages. Their portfolio spans housing, commercial, education, heritage, and mixed-use regeneration. The team is known for its collaborative culture, bold design approach, and commitment to sustainability. The London office is modern, sociable, and equipped with the latest tools for digital design, model-making, and visualisation.

The Role

The Associate Architect will take a leading role in the delivery of projects, client management, and the mentoring of junior staff. This is a hands-on position combining creative design with project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading design and technical stages across a variety of project types
  • Managing client and consultant relationships
  • Guiding and supporting junior colleagues
  • Contributing to the development of innovative, sustainable design solutions
