Our UK team has grown 20% in the past six months as a result of the growing demand for our SaaS technology. We are seeking a talented individual, who is passionate about ERP, to join our team as an Associate Account Manager in our Higher Education vertical to grow our footprint across the UK. This role can be offered on a hybrid basis for candidates based in London or the Greater London area, and remotely for those based elsewhere in the UK. What you'll be doing…

Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Account Managers in executing strategic sales initiatives, contributing to opportunity development and pipeline growth across priority sectors.
  • Focus on generating net new leads and uncovering opportunities within the Education space, leveraging market insights and outreach strategies.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business prospects through collaboration with TechOne Direct and internal teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Contribute to sales proposals, tenders, and contracts, helping shape compelling solutions that align with client needs and TechnologyOne's value proposition.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on maintaining engagement and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales execution, customer engagement activities, and the development of tailored account strategies.
  • Experience in B2B sales; ERP experience highly valued.
Qualifications
  1. Proven ability across key sales activities, including lead generation, management of opportunities and bids, deal closing and client relationship management.
  2. Product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to translate client needs into a complete solution.
  3. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
