A local governmental organization in Nottingham seeks an Assistive Technology Team Leader to guide and support their team. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, developing innovative solutions, and maintaining excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate should have extensive management experience, strong organization skills, and must be flexible to different shift patterns. A full UK driving license is required, and the position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Working Hours : 37 hours per week19 : 00 - 06 : 00 4 days on 4 days off on a rota basis

Salary : Grade G - Starting Salary is 36363(Level one) rising to 39152 (Level four)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership and direction to the Assistive Technology Team. The Team Leader will supervise motivate and support the team to ensure Assistive Technology services are delivered in line with the KPIs and standards of Nottingham City Council Housing Services.
Working closely with the Nottingham on Call Business Manager and the Assistive Technology Development Manager you will contribute to developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As an Assistive Technology Team Leader you will champion a culture of excellence and outstanding customer service ensuring every team member understands and delivers high-quality support to our diverse customer base.
