The Commercial Mortgage Lending (CML) department is responsible for handling multiple types of transactions including : whole loans, syndicated loans and CMBS, with deals sizes that vary significantly from $10 million to $250 million. The team originates highly-quality mortgage loans to continue to meet the increasing demand for commercial mortgage loans.
We are looking for an Assistant Vice President - Commercial Mortgage working in our London office. Position will understand multiple types of transactions and structure including : whole loans and syndicated loans with deals sizes and structures that vary significantly.
