  • Handle MTAs such as additional property locations, address changes, and vehicle additions, within delegated authority limits (typically £1M–£4M, with specific thresholds for jewellery, fine art, etc.).
  • Ensure all risk information & documentation is complete, accurate & compliant before binding cover.
  • Serve as a primary contact for brokers, providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable support via telephone (approx. 75% of daily activity), email, and broker portal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW brokers to ensure smooth communication and optimal service delivery.
  • Proactively follow up with brokers to obtain outstanding information and progress MTAs.

Administration & Data Management

  • Accurately input and maintain data within the underwriting system.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Chubb policies, underwriting guidelines, FCA regulations, and data protection standards.
