An insurance company in Greater London seeks an Assistant Underwriter to support the HNW underwriting team. The role involves managing mid-term adjustments and ensuring service delivery to brokers and clients. As the PRS business continues to grow the Assistant Underwriter plays a critical role in supporting the HNW underwriting team. This position is responsible for managing a high volume of mid-term adjustments (MTAs) via phone and email ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery to brokers and clients. Assistant Underwriters work closely with underwriters receiving ongoing training and coaching to support their professional development and progression toward underwriting roles.
While some automation exists through our broker portal the Assistant Underwriter remains central to handling bespoke HNW portfolio tasks requiring frequent broker interaction and a strong focus on service excellence.
