We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Technical Manager to join a market-leading company. You'll be making sure every product leaving the factory is safe, legal, authentic. If you have Technical Systems experience, you are also suitable for the role!

What you'll be doing
  • Helping maintain the site's high BRC standards
  • Playing an active role on the HACCP team
  • Running regular reviews, audits, and verifications
  • Checking CCP records and factory traceability
  • Carrying out audits across production and packaging
  • Working with Pest Control and Cleaning Contractors
  • Supporting factory audits and representing the technical team in meetings
  • Investigating customer complaints and ensuring quick, effective resolutions
  • Acting fast on any unsafe or non-conforming product or raw materials
