What you will do:

• Lead a team in providing complex social work interventions for older adults and physically disabled individuals.
• Handle mental capacity assessments and where necessary, Court of Protection applications.
• Conduct safeguarding enquiries and assessments in line with the Care Act 2014.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to Continuing Health Care processes.
• Ensure effective caseload management, preventing overload and ensuring quality and attention to each case.
• Offer guidance and supervision to support your team in reflective practice.
