A leading educational organization seeks an Assistant Maths School Improvement Lead to enhance Maths teaching and learning across several schools. The role involves collaborating with the Maths Improvement Lead and implementing effective strategies to improve Maths attainment in disadvantaged communities. Candidates should have a Maths degree, Qualified Teacher Status, and experience in educational improvement. This position will cover various schools in regions including Lancashire and beyond.
We are looking for an outstanding individual to work alongside the Maths Improvement Lead. As a team they will improve the quality of teaching, learning, curriculum and intervention in Maths across the Trust’s secondary schools, through embedding best practice and building capacity in line with the Trust’s policies and frameworks.
The successful candidate will help drive improvements in Maths attainment across all our schools, by skilfully co-ordinating and supporting both curriculum intent and implementation in Maths at designated schools.
As Assistant Maths School Improvement Lead, you would be deployed across our schools located in five key regions: Lancashire, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, and London.
