Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on a New Build Housing project.
• Strong understanding of the NHBC or LABC / Premier standards.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Current CSCS Card and ideally, SMSTS.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of a construction site to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all quality and safety inspections meet the required standards.
• Facilitate communication with external third parties.
• Maintain accurate records including timesheets and incident reports.
• Supervise workforce and subcontractors to meet quality standards.

Skills

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a New Build Housing project
