Overview

Assistant Site Manager – North Yorkshire

Sector: Regional Build

Salary: £35k - £45k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with this well established construction company who have secured a number of negotiated larger contracts, they have identified the need to strengthen their management team by appointing an assistant site manager.

Responsibilities

• Site Setup
• Daily Diaries, Tool Box Talks
• Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
• Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
• Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works and other stakeholders

Qualifications/Background

• Recognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
