Responsibilities
  • Assisting with all aspects of site management and coordination
  • Supervising trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
  • Supporting the management of build programs and schedules
  • Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
  • Liaising with suppliers, site teams, and the wider construction management team
About You

We're looking for someone with a few years of residential site experience who is eager to learn and develop within a major housebuilding business.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working on residential housing site
  • Understanding of NHBC standards and site safety requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to progress within the company
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable
