A prominent healthcare organization in the City of Westminster seeks a high-performing individual to support operational management within their expanding perioperative services. Key responsibilities include building stakeholder relationships, ensuring top-notch administrative processes, and managing administrative staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be capable of supporting a high-performing team. The Theatres, Anaesthetics and Pre-Assessment Services are undergoing an exciting expansion: two new theatres are coming into service; robotics surgery is being introduced to the Trust; and an exciting transformation programme of work is being rolled out across the perioperative services. The department is a support service, meaning we support all surgical teams and services within the SWNS division. Therefore, this post holder will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build a wide range of relationships in order to provide a great service. Theatres, Anaesthetics and Pre-Assessment Services are integral to the divisional operational, financial and RTT targets and we're looking for a high performing individual to join our team to help deliver against those targets.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the operations manager with the day-to-day running of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
