A local primary school in Camberley is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Assistant SENDCo. The role requires a qualified teacher passionate about SEND to develop leadership experience and support staff in managing the SEND caseload. You will observe learning, provide advice, and work on applications for assessment and funding. Salary range: Main Pay Scale M1-6 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Working 3 days per week term-time only (specific days negotiable)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant SENDCo to join our supportive and inclusive primary school. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher passionate about SEND and inclusion, who is keen to develop SEND and leadership experience or an experienced SENDCo who is looking for reduced working days.
The successful candidate will work closely with our existing Inclusion Lead to manage the SEND caseload at the school. Duties will include supporting staff in class, observing learning to provide advice and support and working on statutory applications for assessment, support and funding.
