Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom and sales team.
- Lead by example, selling prestige vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and stock levels, implementing strategies to drive results.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to maximise showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience in prestige or luxury automotive sales, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.
- Highly presentable, professional, and confident dealing with high-value clients.
- Passionate about cars and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
