Overview

An Assistant Restaurant Manager is required in the beautiful county of Cumbria for this stunning country house hotel.

Set in gorgeous surroundings in picturesque countryside, the hotel offers 40 individually designed bedrooms as well as a 2AA Rosettes awarded fine dining restaurant. This country manor house is splendidly adorned, with natural light flooding in throughout and celebrating the original features of the property to create a luxurious atmosphere.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Be joining a well-established and talented team, renowned for their service
  • Have a friendly, yet professional persona; you must have previous experience of working with a high-level establishment
  • Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front-of-house team
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager and be fully responsible for assisting him in the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
