The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the seamless running of our daily operations and in delivering an unparalleled guest experience. You'll be the driving force behind service excellence, team leadership, and operational efficiency - stepping into the Restaurant Manager's shoes when needed.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include managing staff scheduling and performance, handling escalated guest concerns, maintaining service standards, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving LQA benchmarks. You'll oversee training and recruitment, promote the restaurant and its outlets to optimise revenue, ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, and maintain a clean, efficient environment. Strong leadership, fine dining expertise, and a commitment to excellence will be essential as you uphold the reputation and integrity of one of London's most iconic culinary destinations.
