Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (48‑hour contract, full-time)

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This 48‑hour contract is full-time.

Location

Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Your day at Aqua

• Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top‑notch service and smooth operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and implement creative business ideas.

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £18,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
