Position Overview

• Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Gross Salary package: circa £34,000 (incl. share of tronc/serv.chge + target‑led bonus)
• Weekly working hours / days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role covers assisting in a variety of duties and tasks for the smooth and efficient running of front‑of‑house operation to the standards and objectives of the business, including administrative, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with position. The main function is to implement a polished customer experience befitting a prestige upscale restaurant.
