Assistant Regional Operations Manager

Location: East London (covering four healthcare/hospital sites)

Contract: Temp-to-Perm or Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £40,000-£44,000 + Company Car

We are recruiting for an Assistant Regional Operations Manager to support the operational delivery of four healthcare sites across London. This role is ideal for someone with strong Hard FM experience and excellent client‑facing skills.

Role Responsibilities of an Assistant Regional Manager:
  • Overseeing day-to-day building operations with a focus on Hard FM
  • Managing SLA performance across multiple sites
