Qualifications

• Experience of working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a residential house builder.

Responsibilities

• Produce tender packs and compile analysis of returns.
• Produce sub-contract payments and ensure authorization.
• Complete on-site measurements and assess payments to contractors.
• Assist in pricing customer extras and liaise as necessary.
