Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the review of contracts, specifications, and tender documents, highlighting risks and obligations.
• Help provide commercial and contractual advice to pre-construction, design, and project teams.
• Support the negotiation of contract terms and development of payment schedules and cash flows.
• Assist in forming procurement and subcontract strategies.
• Attend prestart meetings to support commercial and contractual discussions.
