Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within residential or high-end construction.
• Exposure to luxury or super prime residential projects.
• Experience working on projects valued between £2M - £10M.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial management of projects valued between £2M - £10M.
• Support the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial reports.
• Work closely with Site Managers and Contracts Managers.

Education

Degree or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
