Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial or built environment construction projects.
• Familiarity with commercial and surveying systems/forms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost control, subcontractor management, procurement, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records.
• Liaise with the site management team to complete labour allocation sheets.
• Participate in and lead relevant meetings.
• Conduct Technical Review Meetings with Operations for subcontractor packages.
• Prepare and submit client valuations to maximise project revenue.
