  • Educated to HND or Degree level (or studying) in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
  • Some experience within a quantity surveying or commercial role in a construction environment would be ideal but not essential
  • Numerate, organised, and commercially aware
  • Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
