Job Description

Our client, a well-established refurbishment contractor, are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from their Chichester office. The business delivers a wide range of refurbishment and fitout projects across the South of England, with schemes typically ranging from £10k to £3M. With a £15M turnover, 45 office staff and 130 operatives, they offer strong stability, a supportive commercial structure and genuine long‑term progression.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work across both office and site environments (circa 50/50 split), supporting senior commercial staff while gradually taking ownership of their own projects and packages. Typical duties will include:
