Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience in property, infrastructure, or M&E sectors.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • SC cleared or willing to obtain.
  • BPSS is the basic requirement.

Location: Oxford
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role: Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure and building projects within the UK Defence Sector? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse portfolio of property and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and oversee multiple projects (typically £50k to £1m+)
  • Manage construction, M&E, and infrastructure works across multiple defence sites
  • Coordinate project delivery across lifecycle - planning, governance, financial control, and risk management
