Qualifications

  • Extensive previous experience in a planning consultancy, developer, or local authority (desirable).

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Conduct research and analysis on planning policy, land use, and development proposals
  • Preparation of pre-application letters to support the land team
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Monitor planning applications and deadlines
  • Support the preparation of development strategies and feasibility studies
