A renowned healthcare organization is seeking a full-time team leader for the Lanarkshire Healthy Lifestyle & Weight Management Service. The candidate must manage day-to-day operations, coordinate patient management systems, and lead a team of administrative staff. A degree in Administration or relevant field and strong communication skills are required. The position is fixed-term (22 months) based in Hamilton, Scotland, offering various employee benefits including annual leave and pension scheme.
The post holder will provide and contribute to the development of the Lanarkshire Healthy Lifestyle & Weight Management Service, managing the A&C team on a day-to-day basis and providing a vital link between the support team and the clinical, health improvement & community teams within the service.
The post holder will also co-ordinate the use of patient management and data collection systems with the service.
The Post Holder will manage operational services to support the Management Team. He/She will provide management and leadership to administrative and clerical staff and contribute to the implementation of strategy. He/She will have specific responsibility for the management of non-clinical services.

Please note this is a 22 months fixed term post. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
This role will be based in Lanarkshire Weight Management Service within Beckford St.
