Job summary

A logistics and quality management firm in Aberdeen is seeking an Assistant Material Controller to assist with the receipt and checking of goods and prepare materials for transfer between offshore and onshore locations. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in Dangerous Goods by Sea, RTITB forklift, and IOSH Working Safely, alongside strong organisational skills. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Hold Dangerous Goods by Sea certification.
• RTITB forklift truck certification required.
• IOSH Working Safely certification needed.
• Manual Handling experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist Material Controllers with receipt and checking of goods.
• Prepare materials for transfer between offshore and onshore locations.
• Support with the preparation of manifests.
