What You’ll Be Doing
  • Help run the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and comfort.
  • Inspire and coach your team to go above and beyond for residents.
  • Manage the needs of tenants, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Help manage building maintenance and facilities to create a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance across all areas, working with the wider team.
  • Help create and deliver vibrant events that bring residents together and foster a real sense of community.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years’ experience managing teams in a retail, hospitality or accommodation setting.
  • A proven history of delivering exceptional customer or guest experiences.
  • Operational management experience.
  • A hands‑on, solutions‑focused leader who loves to engage and inspire others.
  • Strong organisational skills.
