We're Hiring : Assistant Manager Remit - Training & Standards | BAM Karaoke Box | Victoria, London

Do you live and breathes hospitality, thrives on structure and service, and has a real passion for developing others?

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join the team at BAM Karaoke Box, our flagship 10,000 sq. ft. social entertainment venue in Victoria, with 22 private karaoke rooms and our buzzing destination bar.

This role is all about standards, people, and presence.

We're looking for someone as Assistant Manager can

• Lead training and induction across FOH
• Champion service excellence and brand values on every shift
• Be a strong Duty Manager with calm authority and a can-do mindset
• Set the tone for team culture and presentation across the venue
• Play a key role in shaping the guest journey, from the smallest detail to the biggest moments

Must be London-based

Full-time role, late nights and weekends required
