Westfield, White City – FULL TIME / ONSITE

We’re searching for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our dynamic, fast-paced stores.

You’ll be the Store Manager’s right hand—coaching the team, driving sales, and making sure every customer experience sparkles. You’ll balance leading from the shop floor with running smooth operations behind the scenes, all while keeping your team energised, motivated, and inspired.

No piercing experience? Don’t worry—we’ll give you full, accredited training so you can pierce with confidence and support your team in doing the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead with impact – Inspire and coach the team to deliver infectious welcomes, amazing styling, and standout customer service.
  • Sales driver – Own KPIs with the Store Manager, setting daily focuses, celebrating wins, and pushing performance.
  • Pierce with care – Deliver safe, professional piercings (training provided) and set the standard for your team.
  • Run the floor – Take charge of shifts, manage appointments, resolve issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Coach & develop – Spot talent, build skills, and support career growth within your team.
  • Operational support – Support the Store Manager with opening/closing, stock, reporting, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
