Job description

We are exclusively recruiting for a fast-growing regional business seeking an ambitious part-qualified accountant to join their expanding finance team. Reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, this role offers excellent exposure across management accounting, reporting, and commercial analysis in a multi-entity environment.

The Role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Detailed cost and variance analysis to support operational decisions
• Balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals and prepayments
• Oversight of bank, credit card and income reconciliations
• Payroll postings and analysis of worked hours/timesheets
• Ensuring financial controls and processes are robust and adhered to
  
  

The Person

• Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (AAT Level 4 minimum) with recent exam progress
• Strong technical grounding in management accounts with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues
• Proactive, driven and keen to develop in a supportive, growing team
